To plan business objectives, I’ve developed a proprietary technology called Weak Point Analysis (WPA). At the centre of my programs is a focus on the Achilles’ heel intrinsic to every system. WPA gives me the information I need to exploit shortcomings, consistently.
WPA works because it’s an organic tool that my clients help to shape. Our initial consultation is designed to assess the current state of operations through an interview-style meeting. Once I determine market and strategic objectives, I apply a series of custom WPA metrics, which reveals the best focus candidates.
The results of the WPA and demographic study are consolidated in a report that — often for the first time — lets my clients make informed decisions about the opportunities where a marketing strategy will payoff.
